free email and telephone technical support for two months from
the date of delivery.
Our service standard is for a first response within 24 hours.
Most issues are resolved on a first response basis.
We will supply comprehensive ongoing support within a package
to meet your needs, based on the licence purchased. This may
include both technical and content editing support, plus hosting
and back-up facilities.
Other services we deliver include regular reviews of training
needs and development of training content, plus training of
new administrators in system use.
