Plastic Card Solutions (PCS) of Florida,
a division of BBF Printing Solutions, has invested in the Telesales
Business, Amtek's class-leading e-learning package. The system
currently runs on a single PC in a dedicated training area,
and has options to extend to a multi-PC networked system if
required.
Tom Troublefield, Director of Sales
and Marketing, PCS commented:

are progressing through the sales training program, and are
still interacting with selected sections specific to our sales
